Reuters reports that Goldman Sachs Group (NYSE:GS) is seeking to raise up to $1.54B by selling 2.4B shares in Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (NASDAQ:ICBC). Finally, the Wall Street Journal reports that Vivendi's (PINK:VIVHY) Universal Music Group is in advanced talks to buy EMI Group's recorded-music unit from Citigroup (NYSE:C).
