QuickStart Tennis - Ages 9 & 10: Jog Ball Video

Celebrate Tennis Month in May with the USTA by getting your children involved with the lifetime sport. Today, we highlight a movement activity called "Jog Ball." While players are jogging in a large circle, they toss the ball up and catch it after the bounce with two hands, then with the right hand, and then the left hand.
