Chicago based startup, Clearstream, launched new software, Clearview to help advertisers better measure the impact of online videos on target consumers. It is the first ever technology to help publishers and brands understand and categorize video content, based on the acoustics, audio and objects that live within the stream, says Founder and CEO, Brian Mandelbaum.
