Kevin Durant Sued For Using Durantula Nickname Video

Kevin Durant may want to rethink his nickname 'Durantula' because it seems someone has already called dibs on it. Durant is being sued by a guitarist named Mark Durante who claims he registered "Durantula" as a trademark and that Durant has been cashing in on it. Kevin's camp denies using the nickname at all. The accuser also claims Nike has used the name in conjunction with a shoe campaign. Durante is suing for damages and is asking a judge to stop KD from using the name.
