John Russell vs. Brown-Waite 10/5/06 Opening Statements Video

Opening statements by both Democrat John Russell and Ginny Brown-Waite in a debate moderated by Ultra-Conservative Columnist Tom Jackson and Republican "Timekeeper" Bill Bunting. More fun to come as John takes the incumbent to task in this 2006 debate. Given that we are presently entering the 2008 election with several rematches looming between these two, there is certainly going to be some sparks. These debate clips are instructive in comparing where John thought things were headed vs Ginny's "All is Well"attitude. History now tells us who was correct. It was a shame that John did not win in 2006 and of course in viewing the exchange on the issues who was correct in their assumptions.
