You know it’s spring time in Hooterville when someone exclaims: "Nobody is going to paint my breast." Unfortunately for Oliver, it was him. Lisa (Eva Gabor) decides it's time to reinvigorate the Spring Festival, and casts Oliver as it's Robin mascot.
