Part Four of the 1996 film "Fireman Sam In Action" The final story is here at last and is the longest story in this film, it's thirty minutes, So it's in three parts! More fire safety advice is involved and gives the rules to be safe on Bonfire Night. This film has more songs as well, there are three so far, three more to go. The first song is called "The Person In Charge Is Officer Steele", the next song, "Naughty Norman Price" will be in Part Five. This story involes Norman Price masquarading as a tree and he secretly pinches Bella and Dilys' bottoms. His plan is foiled by getting stuck in railings! After he's rescued he secretly pinches everyone's bottom, even Station Officer Steele!
