2000 of the worlds best Triathletes swim 1.5 miles through FRIGID waters, ride a GRUELING 18 miles bike race and finish with a DEMANDING 8 mile run. I was TERRIFIED of open water up until a year ago....been slowly immersing myself into courage and facing my fear baby step by baby step.
