Dr. Phil McGraw appears on "Larry king Live" and responds to Kanye West's ambushing Taylor Swift at the MTV Video Music Awards. "Obviously, the behavior is just despicable," he said. "Frankly, you boil it down to simply being a bully." Dr. Phil adds that West's episode may have been part of a "narcissistic personality pattern" of behavior.
