Crotalus oreganus helleri (Rattlesnake relocation) Video

An adult Southern Pacific rattlesnake or black diamond rattlesnake (Crotalus oreganus helleri) filmed prior to and in the process of being relocated, in Calabasas. Guestimating about 2 feet long give or take a few inches. Set to NIN's song, Demon Seed (Creative Commons Licence), I agree, the music and the original title is condemning and also misleading of my main intent, and had I to do it again, wouldn't use it. I changed the title but leaving the music, turn it down is all I would ask. The lyrics of this song are conveying a deeper message I was hinting at but is only confusing the ideas. My crappy filming in the first half was due to the fact that the snake is rather dangerous and I was more concerned about where it was going (so I wouldn't lose sight of it) so it wouldn't give me the Slip =). Once you get past the initial sloppy footage if not the annoying music, make sure you see the amazing blue and black forked tongue. For those who would want to kill a rattlesnake as opposed to relocate it, keep in mind, a recent study indicates rattlesnakes may be developing (evolving) a stronger venom in response to humans killing the animals.
