This is a aerial acrobatics move that you could go to your local circus center and learn these moves. So first he is getting into what is called a foot-lock. Then, he is going to separate them and go in the middle. And he is going to turn to the right, and he is going to turn, press the tissue away, go into it, turn, press the tissue back towards the ankle and roll in, and then do a final roll. And this is also great for stretching your back and your legs. Then he is going to go through into a mermaid position, and then he is going to hook his leg around. Next he is going to roll out of the position three times just like he went in, and then he is going to end up in a crucifix; and open out. And let me turn him around, and there is your crucifix. This is a total body workout and you can learn these moves at your local circus center.
