In our last Developer Diary, we looked at some of the adventures and dungeons that players will encounter in the world of Motenia. This time we'll be taking a look at the events system, and some of crazy activities you can do while playing BoI. Events are a great way to not only change up your day to day routine in BoI, but also gain a ton of EXP as well as some pretty baller prizes. Love Match is a an event where two characters, male and female, pair up and venture into the Realm of Dreams. Once in the realm of dreams, you can take a quiz together. This quiz will ask you a variety of questions that effectively gauge your compatibility. So for example, maybe the quiz master will ask me what my favorite season is, but ask you what your favorite color is. If I say Winter and you say White, bam, we get the question right. Now depending on how we answer the questions as a team, that will determine our level of prize when we're done. Prizes include a variety of items such as EXP, fashion outfits and other miscellaneous items. Now most games are familiar with a game genre called "Tower Defense". Energy Well is essentially a tower defense event where the players function as mobile towers that can move around the map. Your objective is to prevent waves of monsters from reaching the exits in the zone.
