"A Nightmare Before Christmas" - GACS Xmas Chapel Video 1999 Video

Originally shown in GACS chapel, December 1999 One of my very favorite videos we did during my years at GACS! Two of our teachers, Angie Gray and David Fann, were planning a Christmas wedding that would take place the day after finals. We decided to put together a little story of a stressed-out, sleep-deprived Angie who takes a few minutes for a quick nap in her classroom. Favorite bits: *The dream sequence in general. It was just fun to do one, and it gave us an excuse to work in about 10 more people while Angie was running around campus. *Tyler Johnson holding the door. Tyler always held the door, and he makes a great move with his head while he's waiting. *Jimmy Chupp & Bill Burton wearing my v-neck undershirts. That's comedy right there. *The whole wedding scene. Cracks me up everytime. Security Guard Joseph as the preacher, Thom Jacquet in a dress, and Mark Sullivan in a white suit screaming like a woman. NOT TO MENTION THE MAN IN THE CAPE... *Dancing at the end *Chris Dowdy -- who had graduated the previous spring -- coming back to wrap things up. His best moment is doing the "finger quotation marks" on the word "weddings". *THE GOLF CART SCENE is my favorite moment I've ever shot on video. To explain a long story succintly, Angie Gray and Richard Snyder were romantically connected when they first came to GACS. Three days later, they were no longer connected. It took them both about a month to agree to do this scene, and it was mildly tense when we shot it. But it ...
