2 Men Busted in Alleged Target Theft Ring Video

Damian Gasdaska and Eugene Romano, are accused of running a theft ring that targeted Target stores. The men allegedly made homemade UPC labels to steal thousands of dollars worth of goods and then sell them on eBay.
