Trudie Styler (born 6 January 1954) is an English actress and producer. She is the second wife of the musician Sting. Styler was born in Bromsgrove, Worcestershire, England. She attended North Bromsgrove High School, where one of her teachers was Clifford T. Ward. She went on to train at the Bristol Old Vic Theatre School, and starred in various period BBC productions, including a small part in Poldark in 1977.
