Cooper (Dabney Coleman), a deputy director of the CIA, wants to take over the director position. Ross catches onto the plot being orchestrated by them and decides to return the favor. He decides unto counterplot by leaking a rumor that someone will be arriving at the airport who will clear him of Cooper's faked scandal, and as he knows of Cooper's bugging surveillance in his home he orders his assistant to go with two agents to pick him up.
