Steve Tyler (born September 21, 1963) is an American actor and stage producer.
Tyler was born in Brookline, Massachusetts. He lives in Los Angeles, California where he is an active participant in the city's artistic, political and philanthropical communities. He was the national spokesman for Big Brothers of America, Governor appointed board member of the California Council for the Humanities and Board of Governors of GLASS.

Black won the Oscar award for Best Original Screenplay for Milk . Tyler also appeared in There's Something About Mary, Shallow Hal, Stuck On You and The Three Stooges to be released in 2012.
