Steve John Shepherd (born September 1973) is a British actor who is known for his role in the BBC soap opera EastEnders as Michael Moon.
Shepherd first became known in 1996, when he played the role of Jo, the law clerk, in the critically acclaimed BBC drama This Life. He remained in the role for two series (1996–1997). He also starred in a 2005 film, The Best Man as 'James'.

Shepherd also starred as Paul in Channel 4's Plus One (2007); and appeared in Piaf at the Donmar Warehouse until 20 September 2008.
