Sherri Howard

Sherri Frances Howard (born June 1, 1962) is a former American athlete who competed mainly in the 400 metres. She is the older sister of 1988 relay teammate Denean Howard. She competed for the United States in the 1984 Summer Olympics held in Los Angeles, U.S. in the 4 x 400 metres where she won the gold medal with her teammates Lillie Leatherwood, 200 m and 400 m gold medalist Valerie Brisco-Hooks and 400 m silver medalist Chandra Cheesborough.
