Shae D'lyn (born November 24, 1962) is an American actress. She's best known for her role as Jane Deaux/Cavanaugh on the ABC sitcom Dharma & Greg and as Cousin Vicki in National Lampoons' Vegas Vacation.
D'lyn was born Shae D'lyn Sherertz in Abilene, Texas. After graduating with honors from the University of Virginia, D'lyn worked as an investment analyst for Morrow & Co. on Wall Street. Bored with financial services, she applied for, and was accepted to acting school. Upon graduation she was immediately hired for her first leading role, which led to further leading roles in eight feature films, including Vegas Vacation and the later released Girlie Magazine Party. Her television work includes series regular Jane on Dharma and Greg, guest-starring appearances in Ellen, Law & Order and Quantum Leap.
