Salt is a 2010 American action thriller film directed by Phillip Noyce, written by Kurt Wimmer, and starring Angelina Jolie, Liev Schreiber, Daniel Olbrychski, August Diehl and Chiwetel Ejiofor. Jolie plays Evelyn Salt who is accused of being a Russian sleeper agent and goes on the run to try to clear her name. Angelina Rejects “Salt 2” Script And Demands A Re-Do!

Angelina Jolie rubs salt in the sequel’s wounds! “Salt 2” is currently in the works, but it looks like the movie’s star, Angelina Jolie is calling the shots! The actress reportedly shot down the new script written by Kurt Wimmer Columbia Pictures knows they have to kept Angie happy so she will stay on board for the film. So they told Wimmer to try again. He’s got to re-write the script and hope it’s up to Angelina standards! Angelina has expressed how she loved filming the original Salt, but she admitted that doing an action movie does make her a little weary! About her car chase scenes, she says quote: “I did have a moment where I found myself thinking, 'I am somebody's mom, I don't belong here.'
