Rose McIver (born 10 October 1988) is an actress from New Zealand. She is most famous for her role as Summer Landsdown/Ranger Operator Series Yellow in 2009's Power Rangers: RPM. Her best known film role is in The Lovely Bones, her other films include The Piano, Johnny Kapahala: Back on Board and most recently the comedy/drama Predicament; as well as guest appearances on television shows such as Hercules, Xena: Warrior Princess, and Legend of the Seeker.

McIver was born on 10 October 1988. Her father, Mac, is a photographer, and her mother, Annie, is an artist. She has an older brother, Paul McIver, who is a musician and former actor. She once studied ballet and jazz dance, and enjoys running. McIver also enjoys writing, and is inspired by the works of John Steinbeck, Wally Lamb and Franz Kafka. She attended Avondale College and was a prefect in her final year; she graduated in 2006. Currently, she is in her second year at the University of Auckland, and majors in Psychology and Linguistics.
