Reeve Carney (born April 18, 1983) is an American singer-songwriter and actor. He appears in the Broadway musical Spider-Man: Turn Off the Dark as the character of Peter Parker/Spider-Man. His band, Carney, consists of Reeve, Zane on guitar, Aiden Moore on bass and Jon Epcar on drums. Carney released their debut album, "Mr. Green Vol. 1", in May 2010. The band opened for Arcade Fire and U2 in Moncton, New Brunswick, Canada on July 30 on the final date of the U2 360° Tour. Carney as of 2011 lives in the Greenwich Village area of Manhattan. He is starring as Spider-Man in the new Broadway musical Spider-Man: Turn Off the Dark, which began previews in November 2010.
