Philip Bond (born 1 November 1934) is a British actor best known for playing Albert Frazer in 24 episodes of the 1970s BBC nautical drama The Onedin Line. Born in Burton-on-Trent, Bond attended the University of Oxford. He is a twin to sister Shirley.
