Paul McGill (born September 3, 1987) is an American actor, singer and dancer. McGill is best known for his stand-out performance as Mark in the 2006 Broadway revival of A Chorus Line.
McGill began dancing at the age of two, following in the footsteps of his older sister Emily. It was while watching Crazy for You at the Byham Theater in Pittsburgh that McGill, then eight, vowed that he would act on the stage someday. McGill began dancing at the age of two, following in the footsteps of his older sister Emily. It was while watching Crazy for You at the Byham Theater in Pittsburgh that McGill, then eight, vowed that he would act on the stage someday. McGill has appeared regionally in Footloose (Ren), Crazy for You (Bobby), and Oklahoma! (Will). At the age of 15, he was cast in A Chorus Line at the Pittsburgh Musical Theater, playing Frank, and understudying Mike and Richie.
McGill is known as one of the "Broadway Babies" because of his remarkable rise at a young age, making his Broadway debut at the age of 17 in the ensemble of La Cage aux Folles, which won the Tony Award for Best Revival of a Musical and the Drama Desk Award for Outstanding Revival of a Musical.
McGill was only a senior in high school when he was cast to originate the role of Mark in the Broadway revival of A Chorus Line at the LESS
