Omillio Sparks (Born Kenneth Johnson) is an American rapper from West Philadelphia and former Roc-a-Fella artist.
Sparks started his career off as a member of State Property and signing a deal with Jay Z's record label Roc-a-Fella Records along with Beanie Sigel and others.
