Nicholas "Nick" D'Agosto (born April 17, 1980) is an American television and film actor.
D'Agosto was born in Omaha, Nebraska, the son of Deanna Rae (Vellinga) and Alen D'Agosto, who own several Arby's in Omaha. His father is Italian and his mother is of Dutch and English descent. He was raised Catholic and selected Genesius of Rome, the patron saint of actors, as his confirmation name. D'Agosto attended Marquette University, where he obtained bachelor degrees in both history and theatre.
He recently starred in From Prada to Nada with Camilla Belle. His big break came when he was cast as the ethical committee chairman Larry Fouch in the dark teenage comedy Election (1999), while he was still a senior at Creighton Preparatory School. The film was written and directed by Alexander Payne, another alumnus of Creighton School. D'Agosto starred in the film Psycho Beach Party (2000). In 2002, he moved to Los Angeles to pursue a full-time acting career.
