Natasha Melnick (born April 10, 1984) is an American television and film actress. She may be best known for her portrayal of Cindy Sanders on the short-lived NBC dramedy Freaks and Geeks.
Melnick was born in Los Angeles, California. A gifted student, she graduated from San Fernando High School in Southern California's San Fernando Valley, and enrolled in college at age fifteen in the fall of 1999. Her first film appearance was in Disney's The Parent Trap. Since then, she has appeared in films like Go and Orange County.

Melnick is perhaps best known for her role as cheerleader Cindy Sanders on Freaks & Geeks. She also had recurring roles on Boston Public, and Do Over. In 2001, she reunited with some of the cast members of Freaks and Geeks, appearing in the show Undeclared (which was also developed by Judd Apatow).
In 2000, Melnick was nominated for the YoungStar Award Best Young Ensemble Cast - Television for: Freaks and Geeks.
Melnick is a member of the band One Last Run. She stated in an interview with Seventeen Magazine that the band was so named because she often asks for "one last run" when snowboarding.
