Michael Craig Judge (born October 17, 1962) is an American animator, film director, writer and voice actor, best known as the creator and star of the animated television series Beavis and Butt-head (1993–1997, 2011–present), King of the Hill (1997–2010), and The Goode Family (2009).
He also wrote, directed and in some instances produced the films Beavis and Butt-head Do America (1996), Office Space (1999), Idiocracy (2006) and Extract (2009). Judge is also known for his role in the Spy Kids movie franchise.

Born in Guayaquil, Ecuador, where his archaeologist father worked for a nonprofit organization promoting agricultural development, Mike Judge was raised from age 7 in Albuquerque, New Mexico, United States, the second of three children of Jim Judge and librarian mother Margaret Blue. He attended Highland High School (Albuquerque), He was a trombonist in the Albuquerque Youth Symphony Program. Judge graduated with a Bachelor of Science in physics in 1986 from the University of California, San Diego.
In the early 1990s Judge was playing blues bass with the likes of Doyle Bramhall and was a part of Anson Funderburgh's band for two years playing on 1990 Black Top Records release LESS
