Lynn Carey (born October 29, 1946) is an American singer, songwriter, model, and actress best known as the lead vocalist in the band Mama Lion. She is also the daughter of actor Macdonald Carey. Born in Los Angeles, California, Carey's first began her career as a teen working as a model and actress. In the late 1960s, she joined and recorded with the band C.K. Strong (1969 LP). She subsequently sang with Neil Merryweather's band Ivar Avenue Reunion.
