Kelly won the part of Laurie, the promiscuous elder sister of Eric Forman on That '70s Show. After three years, she left the show; it was explained that her character had left to attend beauty school. She briefly returned to the show in the fifth season in four episodes, but was replaced with Christina Moore in the sixth season. Since her departure from the show, Kelly appeared in a 2005 film called The Food Chain: A Hollywood Scarytale.
