Kristin Proctor (born 16 April 1978 in Los Angeles in California) is a Norwegian-American actress. She is the daughter of actor Phil Proctor and Television producer Barbro Semmingsen. Although born in the United States, she grew up in Norway and made her debut, aged eight, on Norwegian television.
