Kimberly Peirce (born September 6, 1967) is an American feature film director, notable for her debut feature film, Boys Don't Cry (1999). Her second feature, Stop-Loss, was released by Paramount Pictures in 2008. Peirce was born on September 6, 1967 in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania to Sherry and Bob Peirce.
