Charted at #1 in March 1914. #1 for 11 weeks. "Rebecca of Sunnybrook Farm" was originally a children's book written in 1903 by Kate Douglas Wiggin. It became a play in 1909, and a hit movie starring Mary Pickford in 1917. Another film version in 1932 starred Marian Nixon and one more in 1938 starred Shirley Temple.
