Matchett was a member of the repertory cast of the A&E Network TV series A Nero Wolfe Mystery (2001–2002), in which she played several characters, including a recurring role as Lily Rowan. On Wonderfalls, she played Beth, the lesbian love interest of the main character's sister. In 2002, she played Kate Filmore in the science fiction/horror movie Cube 2: Hypercube.
