With dual citizenship, he is known for his discrete, reserved nature and his tenaciousness. The son of two immigrants from Spain, he is the third in a line of four brothers and sisters, and the only sibling to have entered the entertainment industry. Before he was an actor he graduated with a degree in Physics from the University of Maryland, College Park, College Park. After the death of his father in 1996 he left for Los Ángeles, California to study film and acting. In 1998 he formally started his career as an actor appearing in theatre shows such as Fool for Love (Madrid Theatre), The Masque of Poe (Sacred Fools Theater Company), and Walk of Fame Café (Danville, Virginia). His first cinematic endeavour (Eden’s Curve, Virginia 2003), was as a producer and actor on an independent film based on real life events, directed by Anne Misawa and produced by Jerry Meadors.
