In 2006, she was cast as Christine Campbell in The New Adventures of Old Christine, which had a five-season run on CBS. In 2012, she began playing Selina Meyer in Veep, which has recently been renewed for a second season on HBO. Throughout her career, Louis-Dreyfus has received three Emmy Awards, a Golden Globe Award and five Screen Actors Guild Awards.
