Joyce Hyser (born December 20, 1957) is an American actress.
Hyser appeared in various films in the early 1980s, the last of which — Just One of the Guys (1985) — achieved some cult status. She then mainly guest-starred in TV shows, including a recurring role in L.A. Law as Jimmy Smits's girlfriend. Hyser had a five-year relationship with Bruce Springsteen, as recounted in a Rolling Stone interview, although later copies of the article deleted references to the relationship. Hyser was interested in the role of Dr. Melfi on The Sopranos, but the role went to Lorraine Bracco.

Joyce Hyser was featured prominently in the music video for "I Can Dream About You" by Dan Hartman receiving much airtime on MTV in the mid '80s. In the video, Dan Hartman is a bartender pining for a beautiful customer, Joyce Hyser.
