Jennifer Lothrop (born March 17, 1974) is an American fashion model, film and television actress and host.
Lothrop was born in San Antonio, Texas. She started acting and modeling when she was eight years old. She graduated high school when she was 17, and took her modeling career to Germany, France, Italy, New York, Los Angeles and Miami. She has appeared in several magazines including Harper's Bazaar, Seventeen, US Weekly, and in appeared in campaigns for Prada, Macy's, MCI, Levi's, and Budweiser.

Fromm 2008 through 2011, Lothrop has hosted 145 episodes of the series DVD on TV. Her feature film debut was in the 2002 project Love Her Madly, directed by Ray Manzarek of The Doors.
