Jeffrey Glenn "Jeff" Bennett (born October 2, 1962 in Burbank, California) is an American voice actor, listed "among the top names in the voice-over field", best known as the voice of Johnny Bravo in the series of the same name and Kowalski in the Nickelodeon series The Penguins of Madagascar.
