Jack Lee Ging (born November 30, 1931, in Alva in Woods County in northwestern Oklahoma) is an American actor best known for his role as General Harlan 'Bull' Fullbright in the NBC television series The A-Team.
Before turning to an acting career, Ging served in the United States Marine Corps and played college football at the University of Oklahoma at Norman during the 1950s.

Ted Quinlan on the adventure/detective series Riptide from 1984 to 1985, in which he was eventually killed off to free him up to appear in The A-Team (Ironically, in his final Riptide episode, he was killed by Carl Franklin, the sidekick of Colonel Decker - Fulbright's predecessor in The A-Team).
His character was one of only two characters to die on-screen during the series. Ging was brought in to try and ease things on set, where stars George Peppard and Mr. T often didn't get along; Ging having worked with Peppard previously.
In 1981 he also played Tracy Winslow in the episode "My Heroes Have Always Been Cowboys" on the ABC show The Greatest American Hero.
Ging had also played Will Coleman in the 1975 adaptation of the film Where The Red Fern Grows, he had the starring role in LESS
