November Christmas is the 241st presentation of the Hallmark Hall of Fame, television's longest-running and most-honored series of dramatic specials. November Christmas tells how neighbors (played by Sam Elliott, Karen Allen) come to help a family trying to cope with their daughter's illness. The story is narrated by the daughter, who grows up to become a writer after overcoming the illness.
