In these scenes, it is shown that those boys are raised to be assassins and trained to kill (although a majority of the scenes used in the opening sequence were taken from the pilot episode of the series Dark Angel, which includes children with barcodes tattooed on their necks). Interpol agent Mike Whittier (Dougray Scott) discovers Agent 47 (Timothy Olyphant) in his study, where the two talk.
