Hatty Jones is a British-born former child actress who played the role of the title character in the 1998 movie Madeline.
Jones was born on 21 July 1988, in London, England. Hatty made her feature film debut at the age of nine playing the title role of Madeline, which was based on the children's book series by Ludwig Bemelmans. She was picked among thousands of applicants in a casting search, which was looking for the girl with "the right height and charm for the role".
