Hal Scardino (born Albert Henry Hugh Scardino; December 25, 1984) is an American former child actor best known for having played the leading role in the movie The Indian in the Cupboard. He also starred in Searching for Bobby Fischer and Marvin's Room.
He is the youngest of three children born to Marjorie (chief executive officer of a media group) and Albert Scardino (a Pulitzer Prize-winning journalist). Born in America, Scardino grew up in the London neighborhood of Knightsbridge.
