Gunnin' For That #1 Spot is a 2008 documentary directed by Adam Yauch, founding member of the Beastie Boys. The movie premiered at the Tribeca/ESPN Sports Film Festival in April 2008 and opened in theaters June 27, 2008. The film follows 8 of the top high school basketball players in the US at the time of filming, in 2006.
