Late in 2004, Nickelodeon's teenager geared channel, The N, began showing Radio Free Roscoe as well as Degrassi: The Next Generation, and Williams began to gain celebrity status in the United States, at least among the audience that The N targets. On Degrassi, she has played two different characters, in separate episodes and even seasons.
