Frank Bonner (born February 28, 1942) is an American actor and television director best known for playing sales manager Herb Tarlek on the television sitcom WKRP in Cincinnati. Bonner was born Frank Woodrow Boers, Jr., in Little Rock, Arkansas, the son of Grace Marie (née Dobbins), a singer, and Frank Woodrow Boers, a saxophone player.
