Florence "Florrie" Dugger is an American former child actress, whose only role was "Blousey Brown" in the all-child cast of Bugsy Malone (1976). When the film was cast, she was living in Europe on a United States Air Force base. She was hired for a bit part, but Dugger was given the role of Blousey when the actress originally hired to play the part had a growth spurt, and grew too tall.
