Eri Fukatsu (深津絵里; born 11 January 1973), nicknamed Fukacchan (ふかっちゃん), is a Japanese actress.
Eri Fukatsu was born in Ōita, Ōita, Japan. Among other things, she has appeared in the TV series Bayside Shakedown (踊る大捜査線, Odoru Daisousasen) and the subsequent spin-off movies of the series. She is managed by Amuse Inc. She won the award for best actress at the 18th Yokohama Film Festival for Haru and the best actress award at the 2010 Montreal World Film Festival for her performance in ‘‘Akunin’’.

She made her show business debut at age 13, winning the Miss Harajuku Grand Prix (ミス原宿グランプリ) held in Harajuku (原宿). In 1988 made her screen debut in the film adaptation of Tōma no Shinzō, entitled Summer Vacation 1999 (1999年の夏休み). At the beginning she also worked as singer under the name Mizuhara Rie (水原里絵) and Takahara Rie (高原里絵), but after that she decided to use her real name.
Her father is an engineer and her mother is the calligrapher Fukatsu Yumiko (深津諭美子)
Fukatsu has advertised several products. From 1988 to 1992 she starred in "Christmas Express" commercials for the Central Japan Railway Company. LESS
